old thread, but just remembered it. Original eBay link still works as of now, but won't for much longer.
eBay vendors are ecluster, techbench and dollarelectronics, looks like the same outfit selling under different names. Found them by searching for the LCD panel's model number "LTM150XP".
What's intriguing is I believe it's an LVDS control board, so ought to work with any supported rez LCD.
