imac g3/400 use atx power

recently,I review these articles for change atx power pinout.original question is 20 pin vga problem.and now I review it.and I understand something.I cut the monitor head and know all kind of position with pinout picture.but my confuse is,I can't consider the direction.this vga pinout is 20PIN,how to know 1 pin,I look introduce aricle and google search.I can't aquire the result.pls tell me or link website thx
