I need a ROM card checked for and Apple II clone.

I've been working on a project to get an old Apple II clone running again. It is called "MICRO II". I've been working with another guy that has been having me probe about every chip on the board for shorts and now that we have that taken care of, we are now down to the ROM card. He asked me if I knew anyone with a EPROM programmer and offered to look at it for me but the problem is that he is over in Australia and I'm over here in Florida. He was offering to check out the card to see if the chips (there are 2 of them) are alright and if the programs are bad, he would just right a fresh copy to them. So, Is there anyone here that wouldn't mind looking at this ROM card of mine? I figured it would be much cheaper to send it to someone here in the States. I was willing to make a programmer but he said it wouldn't be worth it for just that.
