Frob-Modern - Atari 2600 Gamedev system reimplemented with RP2354

Last year, a few of us documented and reconstructed The Frob, an #Atari2600 #gamedev system for the #Apple2.

It has some very hard to get parts.

So I've re-done it as an RP2354 based card, with firmware.
