I have been searching for a program with an interface similar to iTunes that organizes videos (.mpg,.mov,.avi, xviD and Divx). Does anyone know of such a program?

I don't know of such a program (although some would suggest that the use of Quicktime with the Finder comes close to what you want).
I'd bet dollars to donuts that Apple Inc. is working on this, though when directly asked by the press they've stated that there are no current plans for it. You can guess that the movie industry would have mixed feelings about it. However, as high speed internet access becomes more prevelant, and video piracy along with it, the Motion Picture Association of America had better act to protect their members, and giving the consumer the right to buy their videos by download is the way to go.
