Dunno about how easy to fix it is, but there is a reserve on it. Selling a spare parts machine with a reserve sounds kinda fishy to me. It should have had an opening bid near what they wanted to get for it. Expecting people to bid up to a reserve on something that doesn't work is a bad selling idea IMHO. If the reserve isn't much higher than the current bids at ~40-some pounds then it might be worthwhile if you have an AC adapter on hand.
