What I want to do... but I'm waiting for a better idea...
run NetBSD on the SE/30 and have your own little text parser game server... or ftp server (if it was easy to configure or know what the heck was going on...) ...
If you want to see the possibilities, send me a private message, and I'll (eventually) give you a login on my SE/30 server so you can see... its too cool, I can't handle it.
AppleTalk them all together and play network Bolo games.
And there you have it. The reason god created networks.
Holy cow, those were a lot of wasted hours.
I like the FTP idea, mostly just because of the absurdity.
