Hey, has anyone tried to mod the AP express to add an extra antenna? I want to add one of those big WiFi antennae but there is no port. Has anyone taken one of these apart or know of a site that has pictures of such an autopsy. I am hesitant to open mine up so any input would be greatly appreciated. I know with the old AP base station it was easy because inside was just an airport card connected to the stations guts, and I wonder if this is the case with the AP express. Thanks

Thanks a lot, that is exactly what I was looking for. I actually saw that link in my google search but dismissed it as an ipod site with a mention of airport. stupid me. oh well thanks again.

You'd be an absolute god if you could pull this off. I was similarly disappointed with the range of the airport express, but it was a bit too late to return it without having to pay the 10% restockin fee.
