Well, I just added a couple of 9GB Seagate Barracudas to my PowerMac 9500 and the little machine is finally getting the space and respect it deserves. All ten of the DIMM slots are currently filled with puny little 8MB DIMMs, giving the machine a substantial, but limited, 80MB of installed RAM. I'm going to swap out four of the 8MB DIMMs later and replace them with four 16MB DIMMs. At least that will give me 112MB of installed RAM in the 9500 until I'm able to source some more significant sized DIMMs.
