How do i connect an se/30 to a pc networking

im wonering how to do this, i have an ethernet card and everything for the se/30, i just dont know how to set it up. i have a linksys router, 10/100. the se/30 has a plain system 7.5.0 install on it, ive got open transport 1.1.1

It depends on what you want to do once you have it connected to the PC/Wintel...

Do you want to share Internet?

Do you want to share files?

Do you want them to form a hive mind and take over your house?

Seriously... it just depends on what yer lookin to do...

Now that you know what you want to do, you're half-way there.

First things first: Dial-up, cable, or DSL?

Also, what OS are you running on the Windows machines?

Easy, breezy...

Set your Mac to use DHCP, and set up Internet Connection Sharing on the Wintel, and you should be online in no time...
