just bought a quicksilver and LCD not getting any picture

I just bought a Quicksilver 867MHz off of EBay and when it arrived I had no screen. I have an iMac G4 1.25GHz. So it plugged it in and turned it on to make sure it at least ran and all the fans came on, the hard drive started up, it sounded normal. I even heard the chime when a mac is turned on. So I thought cool, it works. Well I went out and bought a Fujitsu LCD that uses DVI and plugged it in. Turned on the quicksilver and no picture. The chime didn't even sound. However, the fans, hd, and everything start up, but the LCD just blinks it's no signal message. Okay, so I bought a new video card and just installed it (Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 256MB for mac). However, the same thing is happening and I don't know how to fix it. 1152 MB of ram is installed if that matters. Any help please?

unless it is modded, there is

unless it is modded, there is no GeForce FX5200 for a APG 2 or 4x slot. That must be your problem.

Link to video card

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=8713479132&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1

There's a link to the card I bought. I'll have to find and try the PRAM and cudo button after messaging this.

-okay- I tried the ideas but nothing has worked. I also noticed that my mouse wasn't lighting up like it should. So there's no power going through the usb ports and perhaps me pressing on the keyboard wasn't doin anything after all. I tried replugging it back in and it only gets power when it's only pushed about halfway into the slot. I can't tell with the keyboard as there's no light on the keyboard. Perhaps there's some sort of motherboard issue going on?

Ok it mabe sounds like a powe

Ok it mabe sounds like a power supply problem. lets try a few more things. Try removing the ram and replacing it cause it can also cause problems if its seated wrong. Ok try this one its similar to one of the steps I posted, try unplugging the Mac from the wall and removing the battery and hold the power button for 30 seconds and then press and hold the cuda button for 30 seconds and let it set there for 30-45 minute's wile the Mac is unplugged this step should get it to come on if there is nothing wrong with the power supply

It comes on fine so not power

It comes on fine so not power supply. And I replaced ram, nada. It all comes on... just no video. And I bought a PCI card with more USB 2.0 to (I'd need more than two anyway). That fixed the USB problem.

Thats your problem. You are using a PC flashed GeForce FX5200.

It says it's for G4 towers. Also, it didn't work before I replaced the video card. So the video card can't be problem. The whole reason I bought a new video card was because of this.

hoping someone may see something out of place. I tried using the HD from my iMac because I knew it ran well and had Tiger installed on it.
