I wanted to put my beig g3 into my 9600's case. this may sound dim witted but the 960's case has alot more room for what i want to do. the only real thing i need is the pin out for the 9600's psu so that i can put a standard atx connector on it for the beige's mother board.
thanks!
I don't get it. why do you need the 9600's pinout when you want to connect an AXT PSU with a G3 Board?
He says he wants to use an ATX connector on the 9600 PSU to plug into the ATX compatible receptical of the G3. I'd assume that's to prevent having to hack up an ATX PSU to fit necely in the 9600 case.
The G3's Plug is ATX? Sure?
That's why there is the "Mac / PS/2" jumper by the PCI slots.
Fascinating!
thats exactly what i want to do. and on top of it all the origional power supply for the beige died so i could not use that and jimmy it in there.
I don't think the 9600's PS will support the G3 MLB, IIRC there's no 3v supply.
