ProDOS disk-handling from MSDOS PC?

Hi!  I was looking at an Asimov mirror and found a2tools.zip.  It handles Apple2 DOS 3.3 disk images from MS-DOS.  Where can I find a utility that does the same for ProDOS disk images?  I want a command-line utility, but an UI would also be nice.

I have CiderPress, but it's a Windows utility, and I'm looking for a command-line DOS utility.  I can use an UI-based utility, but I prefer a command-line so I can run them from a batch file.

Because I have an MS-DOS

Because I have an MS-DOS laptop at my mother's house.  Unfortunately, it's currently not in the house right now.  :(

There might have been at one time, but MS-DOS has fallen out of common use by itself for over 20 years, so there really hasn't been much of any development or maintenance of things for it in a long time.  That's why most of what you see out there to support Apple II work would be for Windows, MacOS or Linux, as those are the systems currently in wide spread use.

You're right.  I don't need MS-DOS.  I just like using MS-DOS on a laptop at my mother's house.

I never really liked MS-DOS, and never really used it except at places I worked.  These days if you have to work with MS-DOS apps, there is FreeDOS, and for some Windows stuff on Linux there is Wine and ReactOS which is a Windows compatible OS that can run on bare hardware or in a VM like VirtualBox.  And there are things like Bochs which I posted a link to before.  I just personally really don't have a lot of need or interest in these things unless some work related thing forces me for some reason.  The past couple places I've worked at have been entirely Linux and MacOS though and AWS Cloud so I haven't really had a reason.
