RGBtoHDMI board and Apple Iic

All,

I have an Apple IIc PAL (European) version and wonder what is needed to get picture from the digital(?)  15-pin connector to a modern display? Apparently a RGBtoHDMI would answer to that need, but I'm baffled of all the different versions and extension boards. Could somebody shed light here and tell what actually is needed and how to connect the board to my IIc? A pinout-map would be excellent.

Thanks in advance

the simplest, highest quality

the simplest, highest quality and least cost solution is the a2cdvi. I know it is available from joes computer museum jcm-1.com, as well as on tindie.com. With this solution, there are no wires to mess with, plug the adapter into the IIc video port, insert hdmi cable, enjoy. Very high quality output, PAL compatible.
