I have an Apple IIc PAL (European) version and wonder what is needed to get picture from the digital(?) 15-pin connector to a modern display? Apparently a RGBtoHDMI would answer to that need, but I'm baffled of all the different versions and extension boards. Could somebody shed light here and tell what actually is needed and how to connect the board to my IIc? A pinout-map would be excellent.
