it probly is the heat...

I, too, am in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, and my Dear Wife starts getting headaches and fatigue when it gets above 95o or so. She hates the cold even more, though, so it's not like we're ever gonna move away.

I, on the other hand, love the heat. I'll get out there and do yardwork and play with the dogs and whatever when it's 110o no problem.

On the gripping hand, it's Tornado season, we've already had TWO F1 twisters within 10 miles of our house, and I have a feelin that we're just getting started...

There once was a man from Nantuckett
who like to drink beer from a bucket.
One day he fell down,
an' spilt beer on the ground,
and when he saw, he said, "Aw, shucks, that was Guiness."

I live in the UK so its not T

I live in the UK so its not THAT hot. Its odd, when I went to Malaysia I did not get headaches. I tend to only get them at school. Some research shows that it might be lack of salt, as I only drink water and don't eat between 7.00 and 3.15.

It could be salt-related. Try

It could be salt-related. Try eating a bag of potato chips or some other salty snack at lunch. Gatorade helps too. And have you recently experienced a drop in your caffene intake?
Incedentally, I'm from Dallas too, and I HATE the heat!

Vegetable juice might be a he

Vegetable juice might be a healthier salt-source if you don't want to eat crisps. The regular version of V8, for example, has quite a bit of sodium in it.

Dr. Bob

I agree with Bob. I've suffered from all kinds of headaches my whole life, from chronic to just plain irritating. The change of seasons and pressure systems tends to have a huge effect on people with sensitive nasal sinuses.
