Could any of you tell me how to set up an IRC server for my web site.

Is it hard to do?

The only IRC server that's semi-easy to use that I've seen is for OS9. I'm sure that if you wanted to get into the UNIX of things, there are several that would work on an OSX system if you wanted to do that.

You don't want to. Use something else. Irc is nasty to set up, and neigh impossible to keep secure.
