I'm having a bit trouble unde

I'm having a bit trouble understanding most of your post, but...

If I assume that 'sujation' is really 'suggestion' and that 'veido player' is really 'videoplayer', then I could suggest the VLC Player...

cell phone tethering

The instructions are going to be specific to your cell phone, your cell provider, and your OS. Chances are someone has posted instructions for your particular set up somewhere...

A better way to get help in these parts and elsewhere is to make a specific topic entry (we all need a little help, but saying so helps little), and to add all the details of your setup.

What kind of cell phone (make/model)?
Who is your provider?
What's your hardware and OS?
Is your dad's girlfriend hot?

Giving these details up front saves the step of having to guess or ask in order to get you the help you need.

Oh, and it wouldn't hurt to put your post in the proper forum... Apple I is way off...

I'm sure someone can help

Hey, no need to apologize... that's what admins are for. Look at that! The forum changed!

I'm not familiar with the ericson phones. But I remember seeing one in Apple marketing literature. I bet there are specific instructions out there for that phone. I'm going to put here in a quote below my own compiled instructions for my own set up, which is for a Motorola v551. The set up for an ericson will be different in the specifics in many ways... but using my instructions as a reference only may get you closer to succeeding with your ericson, as far as what things you will need to find out, like that your cell provider needs to give you internet access through your cell, and to find out the IP addresses of their DNS servers, what your login information is, and where to set this up on the phone. I don't remember if the modem scripts bundle included your model phone exactly, or which modem script you'll need... but there were a bunch of them.

Again... what is below is for tethering a Cingular Moto v551 to an OS X laptop (actually, just copied from an email I sent to my brother giving him instructions on what to do, its sort of unedited):

Quick Instructions:
Download updated modem scripts at www.taniwha.org.uk
Put the new script in the following folder: HD/Library/Modem Scripts
(This is the Library in the root directory, not the Library in your User folder) I chose to use a new Location calling it "Cingular BT" and disabled all types of connections but BT and my cellphone (which shows up after pairing) Now you have to configure your Network settings.

Go to your System Preferences/Network

Choose show Bluetooth

First Tab TCP/IP:
Configure IPv4: Set at PPP
DNS Servers:
66.209.10.201
66.209.10.202

Next tab PPP: (NOTE: UPPERCASE is REQUIRED!)
Service Provider: CINGULAR
Account Name: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password: CINGULAR1
Telephone Number: WAP.CINGULAR

Then click on the PPP Options button and uncheck "Send PPP echo packets" and "Use TCP header compression",

Bluetooth Modem tab:
Modem: Choose Motorola GPRS CID2 in the case of the Moto V551 and some other Moto models. This may work for other models as long as you choose the right script. (If you dropped in the new modem scripts into the correct folder, you should have this in your drop down menu.)
"APPLY" the settings and dial.

Edited Instructions
-------------------

OK... its a few steps, kind of annoying and a little too complicated, but totally worth it.

------------
PART I
First of all, lets get this script stuff out of the way... its a pain, but you only have to do it once.

Go into (from / directory, not home)
/Library/Modem Scripts

select EVERYTHING in there and
File-> Create Archive

find the archive and rename it so you know what it is (Modem Scripts Backup.zip or whatever).

Then select all again, but DESELECT (-click) your archive AND "Apple Internal 56K Modem (v.92)" (the only script you are likely to use) and just delete the rest (they are archived now... and you'll never use them anyway)

put the downloaded modem scripts here into /Library/Modem Scripts and unstuff/unzip it
you should have a surrounding directory around all that was unstuffed (at least, I tell stuffit to always create a surrounding directory when unstuffing multiple items) called "Motorola GPRS"

now you need to get the permissions right on these things... here's how:

open terminal, and navigate to /Library/Modem Scripts
(cd then drag the icon from the top of the open window into terminal, will write the correct path, then enter)

execute these commands:
sudo chown -R root "Motorola GPRS"

type in your password

then

sudo chgrp -R admin "Motorola GPRS"

(shouldn't prompt you for a pw second time unless you wait too long)

now ls -l and make sure the permissions on that directory looks the same as the permissions for "Apple Internal 56K Modem (v.92)" except for the bit that says its a directory (1st letter d)

should look something like:
-rw-rw-r-- 2 root admin 14382 Mar 20 19:13 Apple Internal 56K Modem (v.92)
drwxr-xr-x 13 root admin 442 Sep 16 13:18 Motorola GPRS
-rw-r--r-- 1 catmista admin 462993 Sep 16 13:19 unused modem scripts.zip

if it doesn't, you may need to execute
sudo chmod -R 755 "Motorola GPRS"
which will just give it the correct permissions (but it should be fine...)

now, back in the finder, keep the
/Library/Modem Scripts
window open and open a new window for the Motorola GPRS directory (-double click)
and drag "Motorola GPRS CID2" back into the /Library/Modem Scripts window

ok, that mess is done now...

Log out, then log back in again

------------
PART II

In the Bluetooth Control Panel
Settings tab: Discoverable
check Show Bluetooth status in the menu bar (makes it easier to get to stuff)

Sharing tab:
turn EVERYTHING on...
under Bluetooth-PDA-Sync, make sure to check "Show in Network Preferences"

Also, better make a new location for this:
from Network Preferences, at the top, pull down New Location... call it "Cingular Bluetooth" and choose it

Under Show, pull down Network Port Configurations, and turn off everything but Bluetooth.

(If you don't have a Bluetooth choice, try using the Network Setup Assistant (under Bluetooth Menu "Set up Bluetooth device"), but you need to make the v551 discoverable, on the phone, under Settings/Connection/Bluetooth Link/Setup/Find Me -- it only is discoverable for 60 sec, so wait until the step where you choose mobile phone... choose the phone it finds and hit continue (I think default name is Motorola Phone or something, I changed mine on the phone to Motorola v551 so I'd know I was doing it right, on the phone it will ask if you want to connect to the computer, say yes, and enter the code from the Network Assistant (changes every time)). Continue
Choose Access internet with your phone's data connection
and check Dial a specific number for your Internet Service Provider
Continue

username: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
password: CINGULAR1
phone number: WAP.CINGULAR
modem script: Motorola GPRS CID2

finish the setup assistant

I know this doesn't make any sense... everyone uses the same info here... same username, same password... weird, but it works...

-----------
Part III

Go to your System Preferences/Network Preferences

Choose show Bluetooth (double click it... it should be the only one showing, remember that this is in the "Cingular Bluetooth" location)

First Tab TCP/IP:
Configure IPv4: Set at PPP
DNS Servers:
66.209.10.201
66.209.10.202

Next tab PPP: (NOTE: UPPERCASE is REQUIRED!)
Service Provider: CINGULAR
Account Name: WAP@CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password: CINGULAR1
Telephone Number: WAP.CINGULAR

Then click on the PPP Options button and uncheck "Send PPP echo packets" and "Use TCP header compression",

Bluetooth Modem tab:
Modem: Choose Motorola GPRS CID2 (If you dropped in the new modem scripts into the correct folder, and did everything in PART I, you should have this in your drop down menu.)

"APPLY" the settings and dial. (you may need to make the phone discoverable again, see above, but no need to do network setup assistant again.)

All told, this should take 10 mins max to set up...
Once its set up and it works (disable wifi to make sure), make sure to go back to your original location and turn wifi back on...

Now, whenever you want to connect to the internet over the v551, just change location, open Network Preferences for Bluetooth, and dial... or if you check the option in the Internet Connect application to have the modem status shown in the menu bar, all you do is change location and pull that menu down to "Connect"

pretty sweet.

Yes, the phone works while you are connected... you can dial and receive calls... but Bluetooth, apparently, really drains the battery fast).
