9.2.2?

will 9.2.2 work? I have the monitors control panel, but no control panel for AOL. I do have the AIM menu extension, as well as the system monitors plugin extension. PM me for the .sit file.

I think AOL 5.0 for Mac Class

I think AOL 5.0 for Mac Classic is still supplied on the AOL CD - the copy of AOL 9 (their newest release) that I've got says it contains versions 7 and 9 for Windows, version 5 for Mac Classic and AOL for OS X. It seems to have disappeared from their website though. If you're a subscriber you've probably got one of these CDs already, or you could probably ask them for one?

Do you actually use aol dialu

Do you actually use aol dialup? Just curious. I remember that being the most painful piece of software on mac. It liked to mess with settings.

Where are you located?

If you're in Canada, go to your local Royal Bank or Canadian Tire. They have stacks and stacks of free AOL CD's.

Last time I checked, the latest AOL CD contained software for Mac OS Classic.

Grab one of those and you should be golden.

Failing that, (and if it doesn't constitute piracy - I doubt it would), PM me and I'll see if I can scare up a copy of the AOL software for you from my collection and send it to you digitally.

Cheers,

The Czar
