Looking For books that have enhancements for the II+

Can someone tell me of any good books that cover enhancements for the apple II+? Books that have detailed instructions on hacking the II+ , re-wiring , etc?

Thanks..

I'd suggest "Understanding The Apple II" by Jim Sather as a good place to start. You should be able to download a PDF of it online.

I would learn about adding functionality via the expansion slots. Then your work is portable from computer to computer. Apple reference manuals contain basic expansion slot information. I have a couple examples on my website - film camera shutter tester and a firmware board.

Enhancement of the II

A2,

There is a two volume set of books put out by SAM's. Volume 1 is called "Enhacing Your Apple II" and Volume 2 is called " Enhancing Your Apple II and IIe". I picked up my copies on eBay last year.
If you do a Google search, you may be able to find them elsewhere.
Also I seem to remember seeing a book by Q Data. I cannot remember the name.
