I have an intel mac and I'm using final cut pro. I know how to export to a saved quicktime copy of whatever I do in final cut, but that will only play on a computer, not a regular DVD player. How do I author DVDs on my mac that would be playable on someone's DVD player attached to their TV? Would I need special equipment/hardware? would I need other software? I would think that such an expensive computer would be able to do that w/o extra hardware + software. Please elaborate. Yhanks.

Does your Mac have iDVD (usually free, part of iWork, preinstalled on most/all Intel Macs I believe), or DVD Studio Pro? Or Toast?
