As per the subject, I’m looking for an Applied Engineering GS‑RAM Plus memory expansion, preferably already populated with 6MB of RAM. Regards.

I am assuming you have a specific need for that exact memory board? Maybe for nostalgua reasons? Or some add-on that depends on that board?
If not there are lots of other options that are essentially equivalent, including modern ones that use far less power and generate less heat and are even likely to be less expensive. The ones from platces like Garrett's Workshop for example.
AE was one of the best back in the day, and I imagine they are more "collectible", although frankly none of the later Apple II gear is particularly valuable and not likely to ever be so. If you are looking for something to actually use, consider something modern or maybe even something like the Apple Squeezer which offers accelleration, 14MB RAM and HDMI output in one relatively inexpensive package. One of those plus some decent flash based storage and a stereo output card makes pretty nearly a dream IIgs system. Most of us would have killed for something like that back in the day.
The IIgs can only address 8 MiB of RAM (128 banks); but I don't know the details of the RAMKeeper implementation as to whether its "ROM Disk" occupies that space, or not. If it does occupy the RAM address space, then there is simply no way to have more than 8 MiB of memory used for ROM Disk plus RAM.
If the RAMKeeper is able to read and write to its memory slot without mapping that memory into the 65C816's address space, it could potentially provide an 8 MiB ROM Disk and still have 8 MiB of RAM for GS/OS.
