SOLD! A][ Cards, Apple Brand HiSpeed SCSI 820-0153-A, CA Serial Interface Card

FS:
Apple brand HiSpeed SCSI Card, model #820-0153-A, issued in 1990. These were selling (not just listed) for the stupid high prices of $125-$225 (did see higher, but was really nuts). This one, which includes the cable to be mounted on the back of the computer, the Apple II SCSI Utilities Disk, and the screws, is $105.00 shipped, insured within the USA. Think it's too high? Make me a counter offer, but don't get crazy. Will trade for a complete Apple II Video Overlay Card (needs to include the software, any cables, and the manual would be nice but is not necessary).

California Accessories brand ("For the Apple IIe" is etched on the board) Serial Interface Card, model J13-A . Comes with cable to mount to the back of the machine with mounting screws. I don't think it was ever used/installed. Has two positional plugs for either Terminal (printer I assume) or Modem, and a DIP switch panel for controlling the BAUD rate. This seems to be a knock-off version of Apple's serial card. Still in original packaging foam and box. Cheap at $1.50 plus $3.00 to ship it within the USA. Does not include insurance (add $1.50). So cheap in fact if you want a padded envelope to preserve the box that's another $1.50, otherwise the shipping labels go on the outside of the box.

My terms: Money orders are fine. If you use PayPal, I pass along the 3.5% they charge me. I will sell to outside the USA, but expect extra shipping and customs charges are involved (you pay whatever your government charges on your end, I don't charge you to fill out the paperwork, and I don't cheat on this).

Special Note: I have way too much Apple ][ stuff, and have to start selling it, so I'll be doing more posting here. I've loved the community on the 'Fritter board and dislike eBay. So I'm posting things here first, cheaper then they will probably sell for there (I know, that's not saying much). I'll wait a week for a response on any/each posting, then it's off to the FleaBay.

Both cards have been purchased. This went down really weird. This post has been up for months with no interest, then day of the reply post I got PM's from two different interested parties. I had to go with the person who PM'd me first on the final deal.

That's the making of bidding wars! It's nice to see the sweet spot in a curve as the bidders flow in.

The price will get to $2k for that stock Apple //e if you market it and allow a bidding war. A Buy-It-Now at that price? Pffaaggh.. it will sit and languish and eventually get laughed at in the laughable thread.

Actually, I had to try hard to be super fair about this situation, and didn't want an ugly bidding war.

My grandfather had a apple IIgs. I have the hard drive of his work. He had unix running on the IIGS so I cant plug it into older mac to get the data. If any of you have scsi card to part with i would be very thankful. I don't need super speed one either just any scsi hard for the apple IIgs rom 1
