Just got an Apple IIe, boot issue

Heya guys, I got an Apple iie from an erecycling lot, I was able to get it to boot fine, but it was super dirty, so I cleaned the whole computer and reasembled it.

After I got it back together, when I turn on the IIe, it flashes a full white square, then fades out everyother line to go away, then comes back to a full white square, does one low beep, then repeats this.

I ran the self diagnosis, (holding both apple keys and turning it on) and its says "Kernel Okay"

I was going to reseat some chips but wanted to ask if anyone knew if this was a normal start up behavior, im very new to old computers :) Thanks in advance!

More info

After searching the forums more and testing more this is what it seems to consistantly be doing:

When I turn on the machine, it flashes twice then says "Kernel OK". There is no beep.

If I hold down both apple buttons and turn on the machine, or reset it, It will do the same process, but with a high pitched whine coming from the speaker.

Also, when I turn on the machine while holding the open apple button, it also does the same process with the whine.

At first it wasn't consistant with this, it would flash twice, beep and repeat. I reseated several chips and it now seems to be consistantly starting in the diagnosis mode, but with no speaker noise.Any ideas anyone? Thanks again :)

More Updates

After leaving it overnight, it went to the Apple ][ display :) but new problem lol.  It thinks the space bar is held down (I think)

Any key i press is repeated (like k wil be kkkkkk, and as soon as I hit another key it repeats that). if I hit ctrl+reset it types enless spaces, and repeats any key i put in after that. Im thinking there is an issue either with the keyboard, or the keyboard ROM now. Maybe another key (like the open apple key maybe) was stuck last night and thats why i had a diagnostic boot?  Quite confused
