Silly question, why does my GS/OS show two 5.25" drives on the desktop? I don't have any physical drives connected other than the 3.5" one, does it have something to do with the daisy chain on the back of the 3.5" drive?

Yes, this is okay to do. I have both size drives on my IIgs.
Meant to add that I have two 3.5's and two 5.25's in series.
