Apple II 80-col RGB / Apple III Monitor Cable

Hello all.

I've been going through and restoring my 8-bit Apple equipment, and it seems that I still have two of the digital Apple III RGB monitors, and a few of the 80-column //e cards that support them.

I seem to recall that I can use the //gs monitor cable with these, as the pinout was equal. Can anyone here verify that?

Glorious. I should have some,

Glorious. I should have some, somewhere. but I ordered four on the cheap, as I have four monitors that can use them: Two digital, two analogue, and computers for the lot. Due to being stuck indoors, I have reinvested meself in my Apple / equipment. I got my old //c running today, and booted my 36 year old Atarisoft Galaxian disk right out of the bin.

My bigger progjects are a //e with a lot of expansion, a //gs (//e conversion), also with a lot of expand an original ][. Discovering that I was lacking drives for some of them was sad, as that means that someone looted them, but I can't imagiene why I didn't leave the monitor cables attached to anything.

TYVM.
