Oh, I get it... I've never seen one of those before. I'd heard of them but I don't think they were very common. Most of the keyboards are either the early kind which used Datanetics switches or the later ones with used key switches made by TKC, which Apple bought. These must have been in the middle somewhere. What style are the key caps and what does the rest of the switch obove those little metal plates look like?

It's entirely possible to repair these keyboards and I've repaired several.
The only thing you can't repair is if you break one of the foil's metal "fingers"
