Maybe someone could help with a europlus datanetics keyboard. It's very clean however looks like it's been hot in the past around the connector. All keys work, except 9,U,I,J,comma. Sometimes 7 will post double keys 7B. I've replaced all those switches from a donar datanetics keyboard and same problem which makes me think it's something else on the board. I've heated the main connector solders and tried to clean them up. Probably difficult for anyone to help but maybe there's a common problem i could look for with the solders.

As you probably already know, REPT does not produced a keystroke. The key may actually work but there could be a problem with the circuitry to generate the repetition of keystrokes. In the past, we would modify the repeating circuit using a variable resistor to be able to adjust the speed of repetition, but if we sped it up too much REPT would stop working.
I wondered about a mod. The A5 ROM is different from those i've see before with a white label on it. And there's a resistor between two of the long pins on the encoder board. Oh well, it's back together and I can live without the REPT key for now. Still curious what's going on though!
