Personally...I don't think so.
I have seen the SE that you have listed.
Anyone looking closely will see that the space in the center of the back of the case
usually reserved for Unit Information (including the FCC Stamp) is a clear space.
If nothing else, this says "Prototype".
Now, I don't know if you'll get your asking price, but considering everything, this is "Not Laughable".
