Hi All, I would like to play a midi keyboard through my IIgs.
Can not find any midi board for sale. GS/OS comes
with midi software. Any suggestions ?
Thanks,
Brad Hansen

Hi,
You should be able to use an old serial Midi interface for the Mac. You can get a "1 In / 1 Out" interface for close to nothing. I wanted to confirm this, but I can't find mine right now. The serial controller in the IIgs is the same as in the classic Macs and the interface does nothing more than converting the serial voltages into a current loop and isolating the instruments from the computer.
Have fun hooking up those DX7s and JX-8Ps!
