Yes you are correct, it just came in a plastic bag witht eh disk and the instructions like that.

I've always loved this game, but I had to search for a pic of the manual to see the keyboard layout for controls. (Thanks BTW!)
Maybe the Apple ][ plus layout was better than my //e.
