Hi...
I had a problem trying to install Ubuntu Linux on my PC... everything was fine until the partitioner started... then I resized the current partition from 115 GB to 95 GB and it didn't work. I was stuck until 1:30. I'm trying to fix it, but I gave up... The PC boots from the Live CD without any problems, and when I use Gparted, it tells me it can't read the partition contents. Any help or ideas?
Daniel

Which Ubuntu? That is an awfully old PC. It isn't even X86-64. You may need to use a distro targeted for older systems.
It's a 32bit processor, no 64bit support
Yeah, it is surprising a recent live Ubuntu LIVE image even works on an old 32 bit processor these days. It has to be horribly slow and probably a lot of things may not work since a lot of packages may not have 32 bit versions. That's why I say some other distro specifically targeted towards older machines might be a better choice in this case. Even if Ubuntu can be made to work, the results may not be great performance and capability wise.
