you may not know me yet but I'm an Apple-1 activist. Think along the lines of the slogan: "The Guy Who Fixed The Apple-1 (tm)".
May I draw your attention to this post on the Apple-1 forum:
It's a small game for the Apple-1 which is supposed to load and run on the Apple-II, too. Think of a "hybrid" that bridges the abyss between the Apple-1 and the Apple-II. At least, it's an attempt of mine to do that.
You are invited to try it out on your original Apple-II, and then please tell me in this thread on which model of Apple-II you tried and whether it works or not.
It's not a glorious game (as it has no graphics and no sound) but at least for me it's somewhat addictive. So even when running on an Apple-II, you may have fun with it, too. It's a great pastime !
