My 1400cs has had this problem ever since i got it off ebay, when you plug in the power cable, it turns on, thats it. is there a way to disable this?

oh, and the power button is not jammed or anything like that, because when it is fully booted, you can pust it and it will ask: sleep, restart, cancel, or shutdown.
