iPod. "Get CD track names" won't work

I recently bought a new computer which had iPOd pre-loaded. I already had an iPod from before. While trying to load some new music from CDs (on the new computer) I went online and tried to use Advanced>Get CD track names I found that it would not work. Can any one help? Thanks

Are they commercial CDs? If not, they won't be listed in the CDDB. If they are commercial disks, but not by well-known artists, it's even possible that those disks have not been entered into the database, in which case you should probably fill in the names and submit them.

Are you behind a very restrictive firewall? HTTP is used to retrieve track names (which makes firewall troubles unlikely), but it's there's a slight possibility that the server is blocked or that the non-html response is filtered somehow.
