A Google search for rasterops pcpc nubus shows some promising leads.
Someone really should mirror this sucker, quite useful it's been and I've never seen it other than at RasterOps' old web site, now long gone of course.
Hmm, might be in the wayback machine, come to think of it . . .

.. I did Google it and I found that chart. That doesn't tell me which of these I have. It also seems like PCPC made multiple video cards and again, not clear which one I have.
