separate standalone program. It *does* replace WebPT101.sit.hqx
Problem Tracker 1.1 is FileMaker Pro, LAN or Web-based Help Desk or Tech
Support Software. It helps users track clients, their problems, and any
actions taken on those problems. Features include: email support for
sending messages to other users (web only), accessible from almost any
web browser or FileMaker 3 or 4 client, extensive reports, and is fully
customizable in FileMaker.
Requires one copy FileMaker Pro 4.0 or higher for Web Serving.
Requires FileMaker 3.0 or higher (or FileMaker Server 3) for LAN serving
and FileMaker 3 or higher for each client.
