DragSelectRect XFCN 1.2

The latest version of DragSelectRect (1.2). Replaces 1.1.
DragSelectRect is an XFCN which enables you to drag a gray or "marching
ants" selection rectangle within the card window of your stack, returning
the local or global coordinates of that rectangle.
