ExtensionsStrip package, french translation

Here is the french release of Extensions Strip last version. I'm sending
this package in the name of Ammon Skidmore, Extensions Strip's author.
I'm not the author, i just translated it in French. Moreover, i don't
have access to its description, but you can certainly use his press
release when he released the english and german versions.
