Midnight Butterfly kaleidoscope scheme

Midnight Butterfly for Kaleidoscope 2.0+ decorates your desktop with
vivid butterflies on a black background. The folders are handcut
butterfly icons, and a complete set of my new butterfly icons is also
included.
