Adams felt that Thursdays were the worst. Ironic that Towel Day would fall on a Thursday, no? Maybe its because Thursday was the only day of the week with any significance in his literary universe... kind of a shallow reason, IMO, unless it was just a coincidence.
i think it was a coincidence this year because last year it happened on friday i think.

I got some excellent responses last year, including "Towel day? So you....go to the beach or something?"
Nothing of nearly that caliber yet this year. Must be because it's a Thursday. I never could get the hang of Thursdays.
