Gigabit G4 powersupply pinout question

I am in the middle of a hack, trying to put a Gigabit G4 motherboard into a 1U rack mount case i just bought for a cool $20. I got the power supply pinout from Apple and have one question: What is the "NC" pin? It is pin 9 and on the regular ATX connector, it would be the "P.G. signal" pin. Is this the same thing but re-named by Apple?

Thanks!

P.S. I'll post pictures of the hack when I'm done. Might take a while, because I have to design some kind of custom cooling to fit on the G4 processor inside the inch and a half 1U case.

Anyone know where to get an A

Anyone know where to get an AGP riser for a 1U rackmount case with the AGP port on the left side? I am not willing to spend $20 for a stupid little piece of PCB with AGP port on it. Thanks!
