I have lots of 'em.
Also available are smaller 72 and 30-pin simms. I don't want to bother testing and sorting these beyond number of pins, so PM me if you want to arrange for a handful or bagful of the little beggars.
Also have four 1 MB (Probably) 64-pin simms for the IIfx.
