Permissions screwed up with Colorsync

Permissions screwed up with Colorsync

Every time I go to repair permissions on ANY Machine with OS X, it always has screwed up permission with the colorsync displays. Another is ISO9660 and ./private/var/*.*

Can anyone shed light onto this? or how to correct this?
