Is anyone using EMILE on their 68k? I've not had a cause to run a 68k machine for several years, but I've kept an eye on EMILE progress in the interest that booting a 68k Mac to a Linux/BSD install with no MacOS is a great thing. ANd the plans for future PPC support are nice, just so that QUIK and a dead PRAM aren't a contradiction in an old Mac.

Man, y'all are killing me!

I've had this Thing for wanting an SE/30 since, oh wow I dunno, probably a decade. The closest I got was seeing one at the local uni surplus and passing it up.

Soo, this gets you into Debian, right? And from there its up to you... I'm going to guess though, that the little '030 isnt enough to run much of an X Window environment?

I could see this starting at a $1 SE/30, and it turning into a little here, a little there... heh.

This would be one of the few

This would be one of the few reasons for me to find an adapter to put my Turbo 040 in an SE/30, but I've since sold the Turbo...
