Emac 1.25Ghz logic board problem

i was in the middle of a headless emac project when I accidentaly crosses a wire or something and blew a piece on the logic board. It is number L11 on the opposite side of the blind connector. I have no idea what it was or how to fix it - I have done a lot of work up to this point and I don't want to scrap it. Does anyone know what this piece was and how I can fix it?
