I have just recently bought a Beige G3 Motherboard Rev. A. It did not come with the Rom or battery installed. I had an old nonworking Beige G3 Mobo Rev. B. I used the Rev. Bs. Rom and battery on the revision A. I decided to test everything after hooking it all up and plugging the monitor in i started it up and bam no video. I then turned it off and plugged in a PCI video card. Again nothing happened. Does this have to do something with it having no RAM in any of the slots?

Yes. No RAM will give you no video.
