Seeking Disk for the book "Learning Apple FORTRAN" by Geenen

Does anyone know where I can download a copy of the diskette that could be ordered (back in the day) to accompany the book "Learning Apple FORTRAN" by Donald J. Geenen? Or does anyone have a copy they can share?
