Poll: Does the animation in that Amazon ad bother you?
Here's the code, if anybody has an idea how to turn it off:
[pre]
< iframe marginwidth="0" marginheight="0"
src="http://rcm.amazon.com/e/cm?t=applefritter-20&o=1&p=9&l=st1&
mode=books&search=mac&=1&fc1=&lc1=<1=&bg1=&f=ifr" width="190"
height="160" border="0" frameborder="0" style="border:none;"
scrolling="no" >
[/pre]
It sure bugs me, like most other animated ads. I tend to ignore them out of spite, jsut because they try to get my attention with something other than their product. That's bad marketing IMHO.

Compromise: I'm making it bigger - but you can turn it off.
I filter all ads, so no it doesn't bother me one bit.

But for some reason this one is unfilterable, at least i can turn it off in my account options...
I decided to ditch it. I left the one on the bottom for now. Anybody find that one annoying? Anybody even notice it?
Oh wow, there are ads at the bottom of the page! How quaint!
Only a couple of times, and I've got Omniweb set not to play animated gifs...
I have no trouble filtering it.
