Parts needed for a bondi ATX hack?

I've got a complete bondi iMac that has a blown analog board and I also have the perfect ATX case that it would fit quite nicely into. What all do I need to keep or toss when it comes to performing such a hack? I have the ATX psu pinouts but the link on Stukas site for the iMac pinouts seems to be dead.

Thanks, let me know when its

Thanks, let me know when its working. My real concern is whether the power filter board is required or if it just makes it easier to hook up a psu to the iMac board.

Ok, its fixed and is working

Ok, its fixed and is working fine now. The site that hosted the manual before went down, now hosting it off some of my own space.
